Rapid Development

We believe high-quality one-stop solutions should also be timely, completing the whole product development process with our JV, including steps like tooling, from product conception to shipping, in an industry-leading 8 to 15 months.

Ideation & Conception

We cover small domestic appliances, health & wellness products, consumer electronics and promotional items. Working from your design concept, we’ll evaluate how we can bring your idea to life.

Prototype Development

Next, we’ll conduct a Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA), develop a functioning prototype to evaluate functionality, and ensure the product fulfills the relevant safety requirements.

Samples & Tooling

After the prototype is signed off, the appropriate tooling is developed. The first out of tool (FOT) sample is checked and tooling optimized, with the second FOT sample sent to you for approval.

Manufacturing Process

Once all parties are satisfied with samples and tooling, the manufacturing process begins. Whether you’re an small enterprise or huge corporation, we’ll handle every step of the process.
