Comprehensive Inspection

Our China-based, in-house quality control personnel, and network of third-party quality control companies, perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process. From random AQL level-based quality control inspections and regular inspection reports to shipment samples, factory audits and laboratory tests, we leave no stone unturned.

Our Process

Sampling & Testing

Our quality control department thoroughly checks technical samples and instruction manuals. These include construction and functional tests, with any deviations addressed and resolved.

Manufacturing & Production

Improved samples are also checked, if required. Once the new sample passes the relevant quality and safety checks, the factory begins the manufacturing process.

Final Inspection

Inline inspections are conducted during manufacturing, and any deficiencies rectified. On completion, a final inspection determines the products are good to go, or if any corrective action needs to be taken.

Checks & Shipping

The final step sees shipment samples checked in-house by our team of expert engineers – if the product passes, it’s released for shipment.
